Rubin was an exceptional host. He contacted us before arrival to let us know about a weather warning that would be in place for part of our stay and to give us more information about this. He met us at the train station and gave us some information about Riomaggiore and some lovely restaurant recommendations while walking us to the accomodation. The apartment was beautiful, clean and fresh. It was well appointed with a lovely little balcony and fabulous view over the street below. The stairs to the apartment, as mentioned in other reviews, are extremely steep and there are a few flights but that is the price you pay for the views. Worth it in our opinion!
Rubin's attention to detail was second to none, he even left a little surprise for us on arrival which was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend booking if you are visiting Riomaggiore!

Everything! Located
In the Centre of town, spectacular view from the balcony, owner was very attentive, very private space, was brand new, very clean and modern, very well appointed and comfortable. Couldn’t fault it. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!! Nick and Nicquole

The property looked right like in the pictures. It was comfortable and well designed. It has everything we needed for our five night stay in Cinque Terre.
We were met at check in time at the station and Rubin kindly helped with the luggage. He also provided some local recommendations, and stayed in touch in case there was something we needed.
When windows are close you don’t hear a single sound from outside, and the aircon is very powerful.
