This property was in an ideal location, across the road from all of the shops, restaurants and bars in and around the Commercial Centre in Puerto Rico. It's also a nice walk to the harbour.
The 3 bed property was well kitted out with all you'd need when away from home.
It is an air conditioned property with very comfortable bedding.
We found it very relaxing as we just strolled from the apartment to the pool at the back via the back door.
Any issues we had were resolved quickly and we had a direct WhatsApp contact with the owner who made any clarifications clearly.

The room has everything you could want from a holiday apartment, very modern & extremely clean, spacious, extremely comfortable beds with air con in every room. All cooking & dining needs are there and great to have a washing machine. Fabulous shower and bathroom. Location couldn't be any better, you literally walk out the apartment and its all on your doorstep, bars, restaurants & shopping for all your needs. Angry birds is a 2 min walk if you have young children & McDonald's is there if thats your bag. The beach and marina are a 10-15 min stroll down the road and is a fantastic one with sunbeds for hire if you get there earlier enough in peak season. The apartment was very secure with locked gates. Pool was ok with free sunbeds an parasols, but no shallow end for youngsters.
I have to be honest for future bookers and the only reason I scored this room an 8 and not a 10 was the noise, whichis a real shame. The music was extremely loud until 5am every night, so pack your ear plugs and you'll be ok

Location was great, right in the centre of everything, Only a 5/10 min walk from the beach.
Lovely pool at the back.
Nice space inside.
Lots of flies in the appartment, especially in the bathroom.
Iron didnt work, leaking.
Abit noisy but thats to be expected with being so close to everything.

Just stayed at this apartment as a family of 4 for 11 nights, we visit PR 2-3 times a year and this is our first time staying at this property, and we will definitely return. The location, especially for anyone with mobility issues, is fantastic.
The apartment itself is well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday, all the small extras you don’t even think of. The apartment was fresh airy with plenty of light and the air con system was fab.
The pool area out the back has recently been reopened and it is an absolute sun trap which for us was fantastic, no issues getting a Sunbed either, however if you enjoy a bit of shade your terrace is front facing and has a bit of shade throughout the warm days.
You are adjacent to the taxi tank if you are choosing to travel further out, and the apartment has a shared entry gate which is locked in the evening for additional security.
Cannot find a single negative with this apartment, only sad to be leaving after a fantastic stay.
