Apart from the poor road as you get to the resort, everything was perfect

Breakfast buffet was delicious, also eggs any style made to order, including omelettes. Lots of fruit. We also had a few dinners, which were very tasty, especially the soups. All the staff were absolutely amazing, cheerful and eager to help with anything. Our suite was spacious and extremely clean, with high quality bedding and towels. We had a wonderful stay before and after our safari, as well as upon our return from Zanzibar. Extra luggage not needed between these trips was safely stored for us by the resort. Amazing service throughout our stay.

L'hotel è molto nuovo e si presenta bene, con una hall ampia e moderna. La zona è molto tranquilla, lontana dal caos della città, il che però rende necessario spostarsi in taxi. È presente anche una piscina per i momenti di relax.
La stanza è molto ampia, preceduta da un salottino. Consiglierei qualche piano d'appoggio in più nella camera vera e propria, visto che lo spazio lo consente. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile.
Il servizio navetta per l'aeroporto è molto comodo e costa 30$ a viaggio (non a persona).
Il servizio ristorazione potrebbe essere migliorato: la colazione a buffet non ha molte opzioni dolci; la cena, anche questa a buffet, non ha moltissima varietà e per 20$ a persona ci si aspetterebbe qualcosina in più. Ad ogni modo non mancano opzioni vegetariane e vegane (per quanto molto semplici).
