Definitely not worth the money for 250 a night I expect the property to be clean

The property was not clean the cups and glasses were dirty a lot of the property hadn’t been wiped down finger prints and marks all on the walls shelf’s and surfaces still dusty the bed still had someone else’s hair in it so guessing the bed wasn’t washed the glass doors need a good clean marks all over them the shower glass was wet like it hasn’t been wiped down before we got there. the rubbish bin could do with a clean marks all on that and sticky stuff inside it

Lovely place, weird rude owner

I really appreciated the carefully coordinated decorations and the whimsical house rules sign, it was nice being able to relax for a few days.

I received a strange message from the owner saying never to book with them again claiming I destroyed their room and didn't leave the key in the box but I put the key in the box and cleaned up after myself so I'm a bit shocked- they apparently reported me but I was unaware for a very long time because to me I had followed the rules so I didn't check my messages 🙃 😅 I can't say that was my favourite.

WORST ACCOMMODATION EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. False advertisement, misleading description, unprofessionalism and an ou

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM PROPERTY AND BOOKING.COM. Listed as 200sqm and then changed to 30sqm after we complained and is refusing to provide a refund even though the advertisement was obviously misleading. IT IS NOT A ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT - it is a studio room. A bedroom apartment implies a physically separate bedroom to the living area. You do not have the entire place to yourself - the upstairs and adjacent room are leased out. You do not have a private entry - it is shared with the adjacent room. It is not a waterside with jetty room - this describes other rooms on the premise. There is no coffee machine as listed. Private parking advertised was not available and expected to park on the street. TV didn’t turn on. And we requested a cot, which wasn’t provided. THE PROPERTY MANAGER AND BOOKING.COM ADMITTED THE LISTING WAS FALSELY ADVERTISED AND MISLEADING IN THE DESCRIPTION, BUT ARE REFUSING TO REFUND DESPITE US NOT USING THE ACCOMMODATION AND STAYING ELSEWHERE.

The spa was great👍 the location was excellent, close to town , shops & restaurants

Parking was tight, everything was self check-in no human contact. The micro wave smelt fishy, no hot plate to cook breakfast only place was public bbq which was being used at the time. Couldn’t use the dryer to dry our towels and bathers as sign said out of order. had trouble sleeping as bed was hard & uncomfortable and TV in the morning switched itself off couldn’t watch channel 94 or other channels.
