This property allowed for a very economical visit to the University of Buffalo and Niagara Falls. It was a short 15-20 minute drive to either location. The air conditioner kept the space very comfortable. The suite was very clean and had all the amenities of a hotel room plus extras such as dishes and silverware. We were only there for two nights, so didn’t need the washer, but that was also an additional amenity. The value for what we paid was exceptional.

Very CLEAN and tidy. All appliances up to date and modern. (Example: high efficiency all-in-one washer/dryer, shower, toilet, bathroom sink all very modern and comforting after a long day)
Short walk to the river/water and a small park in a quiet neighborhood. Host kept in touch through app, and responded quickly to questions and concerns.
We stayed over the fourth of july and the host reminded us of fireworks down by the water, which we got to see many displays from all around- the view was great from the river.
Accidental meeting with host, who seemed to prefer communication through app, and seemed to avoid face to face communication.🤔 I personally would have liked more direct conversations. (I'm old school, and realize this may not be everyone's preference)
The advertised "kitchenette", could use a few more amenities imo. A cutting board or floating island for prep area would be a great addition. I had to use the top of the mini refrigerator to prepare any drink or food items. There were limited plates, silverware and cups, and a microwave. (Again maybe I'm just old school, I would of loved the use of a small stove top and cookware as we limited our dining out.)

Location, washer/dryer, top of dryer good for folding clothes, privacy
TV was small, not well visualized from the bed, no couch/love seat to sit on. But watching TV was not possible due to very limited choices. Hard to prep for a meal w/o a table and need a tray or something to transfer food from microwave area to the table. Same w/ the sink area, not a lot of room for toiletries.

Nice small and simple space that had techy options like the washer/drier that made the stay easier. Much better than a hotel and easy in and out. Good communication and accommodation. Would stay again.
Nothing.
