Cozy neighborhood setting, warm welcome

The people running it were as nice as can be, they unexpectedly had a delcious hot meal waiting for me when I arrived (fter a 7 hour drive, it was MOST welcome).
The room was small, but everything was spotlessly clean and neat (the bathroom as well). For a one night stay, it was perfect. Even the cat was friendly.
Need to more clearly illuminate the number of the house. I arrived at night and couldn't find it. Drove back and forth 3 times looking – thankfully they came to the door looking for me while I was looking for them
A bit loud on the air conditioning going on and off during the night.

Location was perfect and our hosts friendly and accomodating.
Hosts must be new at this. They did not warn us that the tankless hot water system takes many minutes to deliver hot water although they knew it was an issue. My wife ran the hot water faucet for 2 or 3 minutes and told me there was no hot water. I then ran it for another 3 minutes or so with no results. When we reported the issue the next morning our host ran the shower on full and I turned on the hot water faucet next to the shower and after a few minutes the hot water did start running. The host explained that there was a tankless system which takes a few minutes to work. This would have been nice to know in advance!
Also suggest adding some hooks or something to hang clothes on in the bathroom. Also a hair dryer in the bathroom.
Another oddity was the hosts asking us what temperature we wanted the air conditioning set to (we did not bring this up they did). When we returned from dinner there was no air conditioning apparent, the windows were open slightly at the bottom just as the other ones were throughout the house.
On the brighter side, our hosts were very helpful by providing my wife with a sunhat to wear to the morning function we scheduled. Really came in handy as the function was outdoors and our seats were in full sun. Also they texted us about a blouse that was left in the bathroom so we were able to come back after our function to pick it up. The price was also good.
