Great location for NEC. A home away from home. Would recommend. Just about everything you need.
Only one negative, it's a small one but could catch some out, there were no usb charging points anywhere in the house. Luckily I'd remembered to pack my usb plug adaptor but I would say alot of people have come to expect at least one in the locations they stay in. Apart from that one issue the place was great.

The property was immaculate . Lovely garden, comfortable beds with beautiful bed linen . Downstairs WC was spacious. Excellent location for NEC. It was extremely hot, and they kindly dropped off extra fan.
We were 5 adults 1 teenager although the property catered for 6 it was more suitable for 4 . The kitchen and lounge area were a tad small . The lounge could have done with a couple of extra bean bags or some extra seatings.

Everything, it has all what a traveler needs
nothing major however I think it needs an air conditioning especially for the bedrooms
