Simple but very functional accomodation, great location for southern Osaka tourism and the electronics/nerd districts, and very easy access. All expected hotel mod-cons at a no-frills price. Spare umbrellas you can borrow which was a very nice touch.

Eşsiz Konum: Shinsekai bölgesinin o nostaljik, renkli ve enerjik ruhunu tam anlamıyla yaşamak isteyenler için harika bir noktada. Simgesel Tsūtenkaku Kulesi’ne sadece 100 metre mesafede!
Ulaşım Kolaylığı: Tren ve metro istasyonlarına son derece yakın olması, Osaka içinde ve çevre şehirlere gezilerde büyük zaman kazandırıyor.
Çeşitli Yemek Seçenekleri: Özellikle bu bölgede helal yemek (Halal food) seçeneklerinin bulunması, hassasiyeti olan gezginler için çok büyük bir avantaj.
Turistik Çevre: Çevresinde gezilecek, görülecek ve fotoğraflanacak pek çok turistik mekan mevcut.
Koku ve Nem Problemi: Eski bir binanın otele dönüştürülmesinden dolayı tesis genelinde ve odalarda hissedilir derecede eski bina kokusu, kötü koku ve nem sorunu var. Havalandırma bu konuda biraz yetersiz kalıyor.
Yetersiz Ses Yalıtımı: Odalar arasındaki ve katlar arası ses yalıtımı oldukça zayıf. Özellikle üst kattaki banyonun su gider ve tesisat sesleri doğrudan odaya geliyor; bu durum maalesef gece uykusunun kaçmasına neden olabiliyor.
