Good location, room facilities were good and breakfast was great
I stayed at this property for 5 days, room service never cleaned my room or replaced the towels.

Staff is very friendly
When you as for cleaning they do it very well
The best is the location in the city center. Always alive, near to everything and very nice vibes.
No elevator so we need to go to the first floor using stairs
Amenities are a little bit old (AC is very old and has a very bad condition. It stopped one day and we've almost stopped breathing but they upgraded us to a better room)
You need to put the heater on the electricity manually
hair dryer is not working
shower isn't removable and it lacks to the bathroom floor
The worst is the mat. Very hard that we wakeup everyday with head and neck aches.
