J’ai passé un excellent séjour au Heritage Hostel au Caire ! 🇩🇿❤️🇪🇬
Je suis arrivé d’Algérie avec un vol de nuit vers 6h du matin, et le réceptionniste était déjà là pour nous accueillir chaleureusement. La chambre était très propre, le personnel adorable, le petit-déjeuner très bon et le service en chambre impeccable.
Un grand merci à Norhan, qui s’occupe de l’organisation des excursions et activités pour les clients de l’hostel. Elle a organisé pour nous une superbe expérience de snorkeling à Hurghada et s’est occupée de toute la réservation. Elle prenait aussi régulièrement de nos nouvelles pour vérifier que nous étions bien arrivés et que tout se passait bien.
Une équipe attentionnée, professionnelle et toujours disponible. Je recommande vivement Heritage Hostel et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir ! ❤️

다른 시설은 다 괜찮으나 커튼은 빨지 않는듯. 침실 커튼에 곰팡이가 잔뜩 펴있어서 커튼 이용 안하고 열어놓고 살았음
화장실에 하수구 냄새 나서 평소엔 닫아두고 살았음. 환기가 안되니까 찝찝한 냄새 계속 남

La ubicación es de lo mejor, cerca de todo y tiene muchos comercios alrededor por si se te olvidó comprar algo en el mercado como nos pasó a nosotros, es fácil coger un Uber precisamente por la ubicación, cosa que no pasaba en otros hoteles en los que estuvimos. El personal es super amable, te dan la sensación que entre ellos se llevan bien y hacen que te sientas como si llegaras a casa de un grupo de amigos, las instalaciones también están bien, no se dejen llevar por la fachada porque es solo eso, cuando entras está muy bien y muy limpio todo.
