This is a nice Japanese style house. It's located next to a bus stop. A grocery store, bakery and restaurants are within a walking distance. The hosts provided a large drying rack for clothes. It was a lifesaver since there was heavy rain for two days.
I would be great to have a drying rack for dishes and enough chairs in the kitchen for eight people. Considering the tight space maybe four folding chairs could be added. There was no information of what was expected of us at the check out. A brief laminated information sheet would be helpful.

El ambiente, la limpieza, la experiencia de una casa japonesa.

Property was clean, authentic Japanese style, away from the city in the wilderness, quiet and peaceful.
1. Commute - unless you’ve your own mode of transportation, location is very inconvenient. Walk from the property to miyanoshita stn or anywhere around is on a road where there’s no side walk, very narrow road with cars, trucks and buses passing by. Not at all safe for walking. Town has very few taxis, uber takes 20 min to come.I had trouble sleeping because of the passing traffic noise.
2. House has a very distinct smell, don’t know what it is but very unpleasant. It was clean but there was a stench. I used my deodorant as the air freshener to get rid off that smell.

"Much more spacious than the other properties we stayed at. The villa was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located close to town."
