Мне очень понравились апартаменты! Всё было на высоком уровне! Очень чистый номер, белоснежные постельное и полотенца. Очень дружелюбный персонал. Помогали нам освоиться в городе и максимально откликались на все наши проблемы и просьбы. Отель находится в тихом районе, подальше от центра. До центра на такси (GROB) можно доехать за 10-15 мин. По стоимости 2-3 евро. Так что без проблем ездили на ужин или обед. Если будем в Ханое, будем останавливаться там. Всему персоналу огромный привет!

Отличные новые апартаменты, дизайнерский ремонт, новая кухня, хороший санузел. Фото апартаментов соответствует реальности. Отличное соотношение цена-качество. Вид из окна на озеро. Атмосферное стильное кафе внизу. Удобное размещение, все технологично. Тихо. Местоположение от центра- нужно ехать на такси, около 25 минут. Апартаменты находятся за рекой. Расходы на такси небольшие. До аэропорта от 30 минут, зависит от времени. Однозначно, рекомендуем. Очень понравилось
Если вам нужно ехать на экскурсии, то сюда экскурсионный автобус не поедет. Нужно учитывать время с учетом пробок утром.

We liked the separate living area and bedroom. The staff was friendly and the communication was good. Because the hotel is out of the city center, there is not too much traffic noise. There are no breakfast options but there is a coffeeshop beneath for drinks.
The "lake" was very small, so the lake view room was a little disappointing. The location is outside the city center. In the area near the hotel there is not much to see or to do.
