Good location, usable kitchen, easy check in, good communication with host.
Kitchen is stocked but missing pot/pan for cooking.

Cozy, quiet, fairly modern, close to everything in Masbate City (shops 10 minutes on foot, airport even less, bus station maybe 20, short tricycle ride to the port). Very small, even for one person but I liked it. As a vegetarian, I was grateful to be able to cook my own meals, bottled water was provided free of charge. The owner communicates quickly and helpfully.
Maybe add some hooks for hanging clothes.

For my purpose , over night to make an early morning flight , Jessa's place was good, clean, close to Airport, TV wifi, it had appliances for anyone staying longer. The price is right!
