Great location, nice hot tub. Good for exploring Bakewell and Buxton.

Place needs some TLC. Required an additional £175 deposit to be paid before arrival as well as providing all your personal data including uploading your driving license which feels over the top when renting in the country you live.

Great location five minute walk to the two village pubs (excellent food in the Ashford Arms) Spacious house for the tour of us with everything you need and a nice area to sit out for the morning Sun, hot tub was a bonus.

Please note the parking is not directly outside he property ok for us but might not suit some. Larger towels needed and perhaps more than one each would be nice especially if using the hot tub. Left hand bed in twin room mattress uncomfortable

Lovely house area and facilities , everything you need in the house .

Bit out the way of bakewell and track running up to house needs attention , mattresses in the 2 singles room wasn't the most comfiest and sofas , house needs a bit of maintainence, marks and holes around the house from previous guests( which is expected) but overall a lovely stay was had by all.

The location was very good for both walking and to the village

Slightly misled with amount of beds Slept 6 comfortably but a squeeze for 7 Garden furniture needs replacing. Unsure of where we were allowed outside of the property, neighbours not happy with us using the wrong pathways
