Clean, decent shower.

Good location. It's roughly 3-8 from minutes Gillingham Station. Gillingham town centre is opposite of the station. There's a lot of shops and takeaway nearby.
Customer service was very good. Staff responded to my queries within a reasonable time and they were very helpful throughout.
The room was a decent size. You've got a large bed, cupboard, small mirror on the wall and a side table. The En-Suite is on the smaller side which is fine. It is functional and looked clean. However, there wasn't a mirror in the ensuite.
The kitchen was also decent. There was enough cupboard and fridge space. Utensils and dishes made available. Lastly, it was nice that there was a garden.
The bed wasn't always comfortable. The strings kept making noise and the bed didn't feel stable at times.
Parking can be an issue. Parking wasn't available at the location of the house during my stay. I had to park at NCP Gillingham Trafalgar Street which was about 8 minutes walk from the accommodation.
