Two king master suites (one is a private lock-out suite) w/gulf view balconies, and a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk bed set also with its own private balcony. The main king master bedroom boast a spacious bathroom with a large separate shower and garden tub.

Clean and beautifully decorated condo. Perfect location on the corner of the 19th floor of Splash. We have been coming to Splash since our daughter was a toddler. She is now 21. The property works well for our family. A large master bath with access to front balcony for my husband and I with large master bath. My daughter has her own room and bathroom across the hall with small private balcony. There is also a bunk bed in that room. My parents have their own space similar to a small apartment with large master bedroom and bathroom with private balcony. Everything we needed in the kitchen and a starter pack of supplies until we could get to the store. Perfect place to stay! Highly recommend!! Owner is also easy to contact and responds quickly. Thanks for a great week!!

This condo was absolutely perfect. The views were amazing from all three bedrooms. The condo is very well maintained and the decor is beautiful! The host was very helpful and responsive. The beach chair service made it even more perfect. Would 10/10 recommend this condo.

This rental was everything I needed and then some! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. I’d definitely stay here again—highly recommend!
