This condo has been recently remodeled with a high-quality kitchen and bathroom, featuring custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. A new walk-in shower was installed in February 2021, and updated photos are available as of January 2025.

We had a great stay. The condo was clean, check in & parking was easy. Dawn was great to communicate with it, quick response and checked to make sure we had everything we needed and to let her know if we needed anything. It was great to have our chairs and umbrella set up at the beach. We would stay there again.

We have been coming to PCB for years and we always stay in one of the Babb’s condos. Super fast responses and great location. Comfy bed and very clean.

We had a great time. The place was very nice. The only downfall is the toilet plunge was very nasty. Other than that the place was very enjoyable. Our host was amazing. Very quick at responding.. will definitely stay here again.
