About this cabin rental
It's a cozy three-level cabin in Sevierville's Black Bear Ridge Resort, five minutes from Pigeon Forge, and it's laid out beautifully — a level for the grown-ups, a level for the kids, and three private decks, so everyone finds their own corner. It sleeps 12, with a game room, a hot tub and a fully stocked kitchen keeping the whole group happy.
Why families love The Overlook in fall
• That view — from every one of the three private decks, over the turning ridgelines, with a fresh sunset each evening
• A private hot tub heated to 104°, waiting the minute you walk in — the best seat in the house on a cool mountain night
• A real game room — air hockey, foosball, home theater — plus the warm glow of the fireplace for cozy nights in after a day of leaf-peeping
• Everyone eats together: seats 8 at the indoor dining table, plus a large picnic table on the deck for meals under the fall color
• Kids' secret teepee loft and a full baby kit (gate, Pack 'n Play, high chair)
• Coffee bar kept stocked and fresh comforters every stay — the small comforts, handled
• Dog-friendly, with built-in crates and room to roam
The layout — three levels, three decks
Main level: soaring ceilings, stone fireplace, open great room with a 65" smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a deck with a swing, gas grill and a large picnic table, all facing the mountains. King en-suite on this floor.
Upper level: a king suite with a whirlpool tub, smart TV and a private rocking-chair deck — a front-row seat to the fall color; the kids' teepee loft sits just above, with two twin trundles you can configure for kids or extra guests.
Lower level: the fun floor — air hockey, foosball, a 75" smart TV, queen-over-queen log bunks, and walk-out access to the covered hot-tub deck with year-round mountain views.
Sleeping arrangements — King en-suite · king suite with whirlpool + two twin trundles · queen-over-queen log bunks · living-room sofa bed. Three full baths, one on every level, so no one's waiting in line on a busy morning.
Your basecamp for a Smoky Mountain fall — Pigeon Forge Parkway 5 min · Dollywood 10 min · Gatlinburg 20 min · Great Smoky Mountains National Park 30 min. You're minutes from Dollywood's Harvest Festival and its Great Pumpkin LumiNights, the leaf-peeping drives through Cades Cove, and the national park at its most colorful — plus The Island, SkyLand Ranch, the dinner shows, Tanger Outlets and the Apple Barn. Tell me what your group loves and I'll point you to the right ones. (The resort pool is shared and open seasonally, May–September — but the private hot tub runs all fall and winter long.)
A few honest notes so there are no surprises: the cabin spans three levels connected by stairs. Primary renter must be 25+, and there are exterior security cameras only.
