Set above the treetops with sweeping views toward Brewer’s Bay, Anderson Point, the Atlantic, and Jost Van Dyke, The Treehouse offers the feeling of a secluded island retreat while keeping you just minutes from Road Town, beaches, marinas, restaurants, and ferry connections.

This is a home made for slowing down: morning coffee on the hardwood decks, trade winds through open doors, quiet afternoons after the beach, and golden-hour sunsets with nothing but the sound of nature around you.

The villa is ideal for couples, two couples travelling together, remote workers, business travellers, or guests celebrating a honeymoon, anniversary, birthday, or well-earned break in the BVI.

THE VILLA

The Treehouse is arranged across multiple levels, giving the home a wonderful sense of space and privacy. Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa, including both king suites, expansive decks, tropical garden areas, and private driveways.

There are no shared spaces and no other guests on the property.

TWO PRIVATE KING SUITES

The villa features two beautifully appointed king suites, each located on a separate level for added privacy. This makes The Treehouse especially comfortable for two couples or guests who appreciate having their own space.

The upper suite looks out toward the open Atlantic, while the lower suite feels tucked into the tropical gardens with glimpses of the ocean beyond.

THINGS TO KNOW

A vehicle is strongly recommended. The villa is located on a paved hillside road, and a 4WD or SUV is best suited for exploring Tortola comfortably.

The Treehouse is built across several levels with stairs, so it is best suited to guests who are comfortable with steps.

This is a quiet residential estate and a peaceful retreat. It is not suitable for parties or loud gatherings.

Fresh water is precious on Tortola, and we kindly ask guests to be mindful of water usage during their stay.

You are surrounded by nature here. Tree frogs, geckos, tropical birds, and the sounds of the island are part of the experience.

To help us prepare the villa properly, please make sure the reservation reflects the correct overnight guests before arrival. The Treehouse accommodates up to four guests.
