About this house rental
This 800-square-foot cottage is modern, comfortable, and close to the most interesting areas of New Orleans. Our centrally located home in the Bywater area puts New Orleans at your fingertips! You are just moments away from some of the best restaurants, bars, and live musing that New Orleans has to offer. We are located close to the historic neighborhoods of Marigny and French Quarter.
Our house provides you the perfect place to relax while in New Orleans. Our beautiful, centrally-located, one bedroom cottage can sleep 2, and is the perfect place to unwind. The unit contains a large living room and kitchen, a private bedroom and bathroom, and a beautiful front porch. Amenities include Central A/C and heat, WIFI, large smart TVs, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
Guests have access to the entire home.
The cottage is a traditional "mother-in-law" suite in the back of our property, making it very quiet and secluded. The main house is across the large backyard from the cottage and faces the street. There is a private gate on the street and a walkway to get back to the cottage.
The house is full of cheery natural light as well as art from local artists. We are happy to provide guests with information regarding the nearby restaurants, music clubs, and bars.
You will be able to get in touch with us via texting or phone calls. We live in the main house at the front of the property so we're on hand to solve any problems and are always happy to have a face to face chat.
