Easy to get in and out, parking, comfortable stay
Provided two trash bags for the whole week, barely any toilet paper, the townhouse is a little outdated, could of been more cleanly. Pool was way smaller then pictured

Mangrment eas very responsive, I literally booked as we were leaving the hotel ibooked.booked. we arrived like 2hrs later had to go back to airport for rental. Our names were one the list to get in gate. They really saved our vacation. Since it was last min and was just looking for a place I saw how many it slept and it was in budget so I booked not expecting much. But when we entered the home it was a greeting table with a pirate themed guest book bound I. Leather an u walk past u come to first coner it was restroom and dow stairs room. Pirates themed. It was decorated nicely bed was very soft. Large TV with old school Nintendo and correct controllers when u come out u see stairs next to dinning room. Do cute with du u g and living room both Aladdin themed. It was just to cute but in coner of living room. There was a zero gravity message chair. I used nightly. The kitchen was a kitchen. Nothing fancy but was stocked with everything I needed. Outside on back.yard there was a pool water was perfect. Not cold not warm just perfect for play in water. There were pool toys and 3 life vests. The patio furniture was comfortable and there was a umbrella table inside the pool area. Ohh and pool was gated off. When u go up stairs at to is first second room. Harry Potter room, it had floating keys on ceiling when fan was on looked like keys were really flying. They executed the book very well. The room had an in suit bathroom it was basic. But when u open door to toilet death eaters come out wall. As u come out the room the hall has is Mario themed with a coin block on ceiling and Mario scene in hall. Also washer and dryer are in hall. As u make the coner at end of hall u come across third room Mario cart room with 2 twin beds. Large TV with Mario cart game maybe other games but my son only played Mario cart there were 3 wheels so multiple people able to play. There was another coin block over light and back wall had textured brick wall like in castles. When u cone out...

Well stocked, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste and toothbrushes, everything you need to get started, also included snacks and bottle water next to the front door. All rooms have plenty of entertainment available. Every room had a 55" television and the ability to stream your own content. Internet was excellent, very fast. Many game systems to play, perfect for a rainy day. Beds were comfortable, massage chair was amazing. Private pool was also very nice. Property felt safe and having your own parking spot right up front was a plus. This property had everything you needed to cook and prepare your own meals which saves on having to eat out every day. The property has a washer and dryer available on the second floor and this was greatly appreciated.
We encountered some problems with our stay. The property needs some repairs. A part of the screen over the pool area was missing and would let bugs into that space. We were watching the television in the living room and then it lost power due to a tripped breaker. I suspect the fake fireplace that was plugged in so I turned it off and reset the breaker and that seemed to fix that problem. A cabinet pull knob fell off in one of the bathrooms. The property has two fire extinguishers, one in the kitchen and one upstairs. The kitchen one was fine the upstairs one was empty with the pin missing and the handle in the upright position. We found a face towel with make-up still on it from a previous stay. On our last day at this property we found a cockroach in some food that was on the kitchen counter. After finding that cockroach we went hunting for more seeing we had one more night to stay at this property before heading home. We ended up finding a dead one under one of the beds upstairs. We reported all of this to the property management so hopefully it won't be a problem for any future stays. If it weren't for the discovery of the cockroaches we could overlook many of the other problems with our stay. In fairness this property shares walls with other properties on both sides and the cockroach problem could have come from a neighboring property.
