Key available through a key safe so there was no waiting around or having to be at the property at a certain time.
No negative comments. Fabulous find. Would use again and recommend to everyone,

The location was very quiet and near an outdoor recreation area with lovely dog walks. Parking was very convenient, with a space right outside the door. The upstairs area was spacious, with a very large master bedroom. The bathroom was very clean and fresh.
The arrangement of the living area could have been improved. The TV on the wall was too small for the distance from the sofa. A small dining table would have been good, as the breakfast bar area was very small.

Everything that you might need was provided at the property, comfortable, clean and spacious
We were travelling without a car and the walk into Ivybridge was nearer to 30 minutes. Taxis are not easily available returning from Ivybridge.

The facilities were very modern and the property was clean and well presented. The host was very responsive when we became lost looking for the property.
There was no outside ventilation unless we kept the external door open. There was a fan, but no air conditioning and we became very hot overnight. The fact that Google has the property in another location is very problematic, and we became lost twice in trying to find it. The gate at the entrance is very narrow and we had difficulty entering the property from the narrow lane.
