On arrival , easy to find key . Accommodation smelt fresh and was very clean and spacious.. Well equipped. Although i took my own beverages, like tea ,coffee etc there were some in the accommodation . Also plenty of cleaning equipment ,although again i always take my own.
Front door has dropped and not easy to close . Fridge/ freezer cuboard doors dont align so have to open both doors . Wifi not very good . And blind above sink difficult to roll up . Small niggles, that did not detract from the overall accommodation .

The property was very clean and modern. Would never know it was a pet-friendly caravan. No smell or sign of other animals. Situated in a lovely, private, quiet area of the park. Flynn the dog LOVED relaxing on the decking!
Entry and exit procedures were easy and communication from the owners was excellent. Have already booked again for next year!
The WiFi was useless. Very slow.

Really clean, email staff were very pleasant and helpful prior to the stay.
Stood outside for an hour due to wrong code being given. Took 6 phone calls to get an answer. Guy on the phone didn’t seem to care after an hour of phoning to get an answer. Also, very low in supplies. Only a couple of sheets of kitchen roll left and no toilet paper.
