Please treat it with care and follow the guidelines below to avoid any additional service fees. Note: must use GASOLINE. NOT DIESEL ⸻ Return Requirements (To Avoid Fees) Return Fuel and Propane both at the same level as pickup. Dump both black and gray tanks prior to return. Return the camper in clean condition to avoid cleaning fees Please complete the following before returning: • Remove all trash • Wipe down used surfaces • Do not leave dirty dishes or food behind • If traveling with pets, lint roll all pet hair (pet hair cannot be washed out of linens) ⸻ Water Usage (Very Important) RV water systems are not designed for long or continuous use. • Keep showers short • Avoid running the kitchen sink for extended periods • Tanks fill up quickly with excessive water use Drain System Setup: • Kitchen sink + shower → Gray tank • Toilet + bathroom sink → Black tank When dumping tanks: Always dump black tank first, then gray tank. ⸻ Plumbing & Supplies • Do NOT use regular household toilet paper (RV-safe only) • I do not provide toilet paper or paper towels — please bring your own • Let me know in advance if you’d like me to provide supplies ⸻ Dirt, Sand & Mud (Very Important) • Do NOT wash off dirt, sand, or mud in the shower or sinks • Excess debris can clog the plumbing and damage tanks • Please shake off or wipe down outside before entering the RV ⸻ Linens If you do not plan to use my linens, please let me know in advance so I can save them for the next guest. ⸻ Additional Tips to Avoid Fees • Close windows and roof vents when driving • Do not flush anything besides RV-safe toilet paper • Report any issues right away (small problems are easier to fix) • Return RV in the same general condition as pickup Return with same level of gas level, props level, and empty both gray and black tank. ⸻ I work hard to keep this RV clean and fairly priced for you to enjoy.
