The apartment looks just like the pictures, very clean and spacious. The hosts were very responsive, gave detailed instructions & resolved an issue we had very quickly with great communication throughout. The apartment is a 30 second walk from Woodford tube station so very handy for travelling into London, with local shops nearby such as Sainsbury’s and the Bread & Marmalade cafe, which we highly recommend. Nice kitchenette which we didn’t use but looked well stocked. Will definitely stay again!
It was hard to control the temperature of the shower & it swung from very hot to very cold in an instant. Also at the door to the property there was quite a bit of litter - appreciate that isn’t something the hosts can control fully but just a comment.

Proximity to the Woodford Green train station, proximity to coffee shops and shopping in Woodford Green.
Entrance is through a back alley and business parking lots behind the High Street, through a metal door past two garbage bins. It seemed that the property had not been reviewed as several problems appear doing our stay, such as a lack of lightbulbs and difficulties with the shower as well as unclear instructions no one showed up to help with any issues.
