ESTAFA TOTAL

ESTAFA TOTAL. De 5 noches, solo pudimos estar 1 noche. EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO, NO FUNCIONABA. No pudimos dormir de la calor, sucio, hormigas, todo lo que se anuncian es mentira. Nos pidieron una fianza de 150€ y NO NOS LA HAN DEVUELTO. Reclamamos al llegar el tema del aire acondicionado y ya NUNCA MÁS NOS CONTESTARON A NADA. VERGÜENZA TOTAL.

Très déçu de la réalité de cet établissement qui est laissé à l’abandon.

La Clim ne fonctionnait pas et le propriétaire ne répond pas aux sollicitations même pour avoir au moins un ventilateur, il n’y a pas de machine à café, le frigo est tout petit pour une famille de 6 et n’avait pas été dégivré depuis quelques mois je pense. les services sur les photos comme le bar, le snack ou la salle de jeux n’existe plus. Il n’y a qu’une chambre et les lits sont tout petit. Les draps n’avaient pas été changé. Les toilettes n’étaient pas propres. De plus l’hôte ne vous attend pas à l’hôtel comme indiqué, il fallait attendre la personne qui au début ne répondait pas. Il n’y a pas d’accueil comme sur les photos. L’ensemble des places de parking aux alentours sont payantes. Nous avons été obligé de partir une nuit plus tôt car il faisait trop chaud et nous ne dormions plus. Très décevant.

El apartamento es amplio y cómodo, la piscina es grande y no hay aglomeraciones, sin duda volveremos.

El aire acondicionado, no enfría demasiado pero no es un apartamento muy caluroso, y la televisión no tiene señal, tuve que meter mi cuenta de Google para poder ver la tele.
