The ambience created from the time you arrive was lovely, staff amazing x
My massage was not great. The spa staff were sitting about and not busy when we were shown thru - I would be using the rooms to get better at my craft. I expected a better massage st this kind of establishment.

Prachtige locatie, mooie en zeer ruime kamer, vriendelijk personeel en heerlijk eten. Je kan er een scooter huren. De locatie in Kuta is ook perfect.

The location is good and convenient for exploring Kuta. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the projector in the room, which was a nice touch for relaxing in the evening. The hotel is new and has potential.
For the price we paid, the overall experience was disappointing. The breakfast was poor, with limited options and little variety. The staff were friendly but service was often very slow and seemed disorganized. The pool is much smaller than expected and not really suitable for swimming. Overall, the hotel does not currently offer the level of service and facilities you would expect at this price point.
