The chalet itself is beautiful, spacious, lots of natural sunlight. Kitchen is very well equipped as well for cooking. Large rooms with comfortable beds and having 3 full bathrooms is a big plus for a larger group. The heated floors are very much appreciated during the colder months as well. The chalet is very well accommodated to suit a group up to 10 people. Overall the host is responsive quickly to questions. There are clear check in and check out instructions as well.
There were a few minor but inconvenient problems encountered during the stay (ex. bathroom light not turning on, shower handle that was stuck on a scorching hot temperature range) that the host tried to address and ended up being fixed ourselves, and a problem that could not be solved until the end of our stay although it was minor (the sound system/speaker malfunction & tv remote not working). I had to point out the unapologetic attitude the host seemed to have in response to the 3 problems we encountered early in our stay. Later they did apologize for the inconveniences however ignored our request to for any kind of a compensation. We were not expecting much back to be honest but our request being just ignored was a bit bothersome especially when this was our 2nd stay here. I think there is some room for improvement in their reponses & attitudes towards the guests. Some furnitures seem to be a bit wobbly, especially the dining chairs that could be a bit dangerous for some young children. I think the chalet needs to be maintained more thoroughly before each stay to ensure to deliver a better experience for the guests.

Beautiful property. Spacious and very clean. Magnificent high ceilings. Terrific large deck. Wonderful stay.
Was missing drinking glasses (only three available) but was well stocked on all other kitchen items, Mugs for coffee were in abundance.
