Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Durango. This wonderfully located property in Hidden Valley near the Falls Creek Meadows boasts 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds (downstairs bedroom has a queen bed) and 1 king bed. It is perfect for a group of friends or family. Enjoy outdoor living surrounded by scrub oak with covered front porch, grill and back yard patio. Amenities include a workspace, dryer & washing machine, electric heat & pellet stove, Wi-Fi, and a Roku T.V, to make your stay comfortable and convenient. The upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower. The downstairs bathroom has a shower. Stellar outdoor walks/hikes and biking are just minutes away in Fall Creek Meadows and Junction Creek (Colorado Trail Head). Purgatory Resort is an easy 40 minutes from our house. We think our place is a great location to help you experience everything Durango and its outdoor activities have to offer.

The property was beautiful and the house was fully stocked with pots and pans, appliances and linens. The beds were comfortable and the view from the kitchen window was spectacular!We came to see snow but unfortunately it was not there. We were able to see some with a little travel. The property owners were very helpful and available to answer questions.
