About this house rental
Our single level home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in Durango just 1.5 miles from the historic Downtown Durango and and 24 miles (25 minutes) from Purgatory ski area.
Note the home is the top 2 floors of a 3 story home with its own separate entrance and stairs are required to access the home from the outside. The hot tub, grill and deck are private for this home only. The owners live in the middle floor for some of the year and have their own entrance. There is plenty of off street parking right in front of the entrance. The home has all of the expected amenities of a short term rental including washer/dryer, AC, fast WIFI, fully stocked kitchen and even a private hot tub etc.

Master Bedroom - King with TV and Ensuite Bath
2nd Bedroom - Queen
3rd Bedroom - Bunk bed (Single over Single)
Our home is NOT pet friendly due to severe allergies. This includes service animals in accordance with ADA standards and compliance restrictions related to severe allergies.
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities

Our stay was very enjoyable. The apartment was very clean. The owners, who live on site, were very kind & welcoming. It wasn’t clear, when we booked, that the owners lived on site. It wasn’t a problem, we just didn’t read the description carefully. The grounds are picturesque including hot tub, grassy area & an adorable playhouse that our grandchildren loved!

This was an amazing experience! I had to book under short notice, because the other place i was staying at was too small, and I am so glad I did!! Shawn and Kit are great hosts, and me and my daughter really enjoyed meeting them. They're place is incredible!! And perfect location!

Great host, great property. I didn’t realize it was a shared property until check in and VRBO did not send the check in or check out instructions… but other than that it’s a very cute place, clean, and nice hot tub.

Communication was great, everything was clean and quiet. The owners were out of town during our stay, so there was no concern about keeping the noise level down.
