Situated in Durango, this lovely condo for $345 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. **Book Today for Only $300 Down at the Time of Booking *** City of Durango Permit #2019-042. This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom 2,000 square foot, single level luxury condo (Unit 2E) is all about it's exceptional location as it is located in heart of Durango's tourist district. Walk to all the downtown area restaurants, shops and entertainment. There are six restaurants alone on the building's block. The condo is also one block from the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and Durango's downtown movie theater. Lifestyle in this condo is like staying at a luxury resort with dining and entertainment options adjacent and of the highest quality. The building has electronic security and elevator access to all levels with secure, fully-enclosed underground parking for two vehicles. Bed Configuration: Master - King with TV and Ensuite Bath (main level) 2nd Bedroom - Queen with TV (main level) 3rd Bedroom - Bunk Beds (Single over Double) and Double with TV (main level) Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units in the Mears Building, are NOT pet friendly. Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance. Things we liked about this condo:
1- The size was good for our group
2- The location was awesome
3- The parking garage was very nice and even fit our Toyota Sequoia with a Thule ski box on top! It was also nice to have more than one parking space.
4- It was really nice to have an elevator from the parking garage to the condo for moving all of our gear.
This condo is in need of some maintenance which has been addressed with the management company. Once that is done, this will be a great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for the Polar Express and the location was perfect. Most of the beds were pretty comfortable with the exception of 1. It was mostly clean but could have been better. Property manager was responsive and we would go back.

Everything was very good! Nice place to stay, walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. Appreciated having designated parking spots. Good responses from the property management. Only issue was with the mattress in the primary bedroom suite. It needs to be replaced. Rolling into the middle was not fun.

The location is perfect for visiting Durango. Just a short walk to historic downtown and the train. Directions for entry were easy to follow as well as check out. The five of us were very comfortable. My only complaint would be the mattress in the main bedroom. It’s swayback and you roll to the middle. It does need some attention. All in all a great place.

Rental property was in the perfect location. You can pretty much walk anywhere downtown including restaurants, gift shops, coffee shops, and the Train Station. Property was clean and well appointed. We appreciated the covered parking and elevator access for my elderly parents.

The condo was comfortable for our group of 8. The only issue we had was thinking 4 could comfortably sleep in one small bedroom… someone moved to the living room and then all had a good night’s sleep.
We were very happy to have a place for our van in the garage and once we got used to using the codes, it was very easy for us to enter and leave easily, especially when we were heading out and back at different times.
The location was a priority for us, and this was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked. It was very quiet. We loved out time in Durango and staying right in town was a real plus for us all. Thank you!

The location and condo were exactly as the description reads online. The downtown location was perfect, we walked everywhere! The place was spotless and the beds were so comfortable. We were in Durango for a college graduation and we were able to walk to go shopping and to eat. Steamworks and El Moro were amazing spots for dinner. Switch Back and Michael's Corner Crepes were great for breakfast and lunch. Gold at Hillcrest was super fun and the views are amazing! I would stay here again for sure!

Everything was really clean and the whole unit was overall really nice. It's in the perfect spot downtown, within walking distance to almost everything. We had the best time :)

The location was perfect! We have 4 kids and my husband and and I- we parked the car and didn’t get back in until we left- everything was in walking distance including the train! We had good food, good shopping and lots to do, the condo was super cozy and had a great kitchen for cooking! They had toys for the kids and great space for board games , family games, etc, we definitely will be using them again. The only thing is we had an issue with hot water but management communicated very quickly about the issue- also the upstairs neighbors were up at all hours moving furniture lol sounded like it- but otherwise we really had a great stay.

The property was just as described. The only issue was that the welcome email did not give us all the codes required to enter the unit. One for the garage, one for the elevator and one for the unit. The person who answered my call was eventually able to assist and we had no issues after getting all the numbers required.

Great place with a GREAT location
This condo's location was great, central to about everything Durango.
The unit was very roomy, clean, comfortable and quiet. It suited the 7 of us well!
Suggestion: that is to give check-out instructions also with the check-in instructions because I do not have my email on my phone I missed the instructions to wash the towels before leaving, sorry.

This condo was perfectly situated in downtown Durango. The train station was a two minute walk, there was a Starbucks and cold stone right outside the parking garage, and you are a parking lot away from main street. The condo was very clean and comfortable and slept 9 of us comfortably. With so much right in downtown, it was the perfect place to stay. Our boys would go for ice cream at night and I would go for coffee in the morning while others were dressing. We would definitely stay here again.

Would never spend another cent in that place.

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It was so nice to be steps away from the great shops and restaurants of downtown Durango. The unit felt really spacious and was located in a beautiful, well maintained building. Everything was super clean and there were plenty of towels and basic supplies left for us. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. We appreciated that the wifi and all tv's worked without any confusion or secret tricks, as is sometimes the case in other VRBO rentals. The mattress in the king bedroom could probably stand to be replaced, as it has gotten pretty worn and soft. We would also have liked to be able to hang clothes somewhere in the master suite, as the closet is locked and there is nowhere else to hang clothes. Overall, a really wonderful place to stay.
