About this condo rental
Located in Durango, this lovely condo for $334 per night is a great option for your next break. **Book Today for Only $300 Down at the Time of Booking *** City of Durango Permit Number 2016-210 Our single level 1,500 square foot residence was built in 2016 and won the People's Choice category in the Durango Parade of Homes. The modern and exceptionally appointed residence features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located 7 blocks (10 minute walk along the Animas River Trail) from the heart of historic downtown Durango and 24 miles (25 minutes) from Purgatory ski area. This residence has been finished with furnishings, electronics and decor at the forefront modern decor and technology. It’s a true showplace and an exceptional vision of an urban lifestyle that is commensurate with a small-town mountain setting. This condo is also just a few minutes walk from the Durango Recreation Center, County Fairgrounds and numerous restaurants and bars. If you do not want to walk to downtown, then simply take the Trolley that runs every 20 minutes and stops right in front of the condo. Bed Configuration (Please note the condo is upstairs one flight of stairs but is a single level condo): Master - King (TV) Main Level 2nd - King (TV) Main Level 3rd - Queen and double Loft bed (TV) Main Level This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay). Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance. We came to Durango with our little ones for the Polar Express Train experience. We were really pleased with the convenience of this property to town (less than ten minutes to the station parking) and the helpful layout for two couples with infants on different schedules. We felt the apartment had high end finishes with the added bonus of little amenity packages. It is located on a busy road, but we weren’t bothered by this with the noise machines provided. We recommend checking the thermostat settings so that you don’t wake up freezing because the default night setting is 60 degrees! Our only complaint was that the master bedrooms sheets didn’t seem as clean as they could be with old dirt stains on the comforter and a few rogue hairs. We addressed this with the property manager who responded quickly and luckily there were spare sheet sets available. We also didn’t feel that the coffee pot had been cleaned so further attention to detail in this area would be appreciated. However, we would definitely choose to stay again on future visits. The property felt safe and easy to access with keypads on both doors.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & appreciated the proximity to hiking trails and restaurants. Beautiful kitchen & bathrooms, that were well stocked. Plenty of towels and bedding. Plenty of smart, home features, including lighting, air conditioning and automatic blinds Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Kleenex & soaps. dishwasher pods. Had no problem with parking. Owner is very friendly.
Please make a note that the unit is situated directly on Main Avenue so you will have to anticipate traffic noise. They do have white noise machines which is helpful, but trucks, motorcycles, ambulances, etc. can definitely be disruptive to sleep.

Was further away from downtown than we expected, making it more of a process to enjoy libations in the downtown area. Overall the condo delivered, we felt safe and comfortable.

Nice accommodations and very clean. We couldn’t get some of the blinds and the lights to work the way that we wanted them to but perhaps it was user error. The King size bed was very comfortable. The top bunkbed was wobbly but luckily no one had to sleep up top. Location was very convenient and we made good use of public transit. We notified them of our check out which was much earlier than required but there were some confusion with the cleaning crew who thought we hadn’t left on time.

Great location with the biking path along the river just across the street.
It is on the main road so there was traffic noise but the host provided sound machines in bedrooms. Reserved parking spots were nice to have too.

Loved the keyless entry and location, however; with the location there was street noise. Access to walking/biking paths was great and you're close enough to downtown to walk. Be warned they only supply you with 2 each of: laundry & dishwasher tablets, mini bars of soap and toiletries including tp regardless of number of people or length of stay! And the third bedroom with 2 beds is actually bunk beds, something to keep in mind depending on your group.

We were a family of 6 with a medium sized dog and we had plenty of space and were very comfortable here. Condo is nicely furnished, clean and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. It was perfect for our ski vacation on the road from Durango up to Purgatory and about 10-15 mins walk (depending on how fast you walk) from all the action of Main Street. It's also on the trolley route if you prefer not to walk.

We loved the location of this property! 30 min from Purgatory and a 5 min drive to Main Street made our daily commute to the slopes and to dinner super easy.
Beds were super comfortable (you do need to use white noise machines) and open living room/kitchen/dining area was perfect for family game nights. Lots of closet space and nice, modern bathrooms. Definitely would recommend and we hope to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at 2201 Main. The property was very clean upon arrival with the thermostat set at a comfortable temperature. Parking is adequate and the surrounding area appears to be safe. The unit is well laid out and lighting is excellent. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with supplies. Everything in the unit seemed to be in working order with the exception of the ice maker. The biggest negative is the street noise on main, although it calmed down considerably between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. The beds were not as comfortable as we are accustomed to and the linens were unfortunately of low end motel quality.We enjoyed visiting the surrounding neighborhood which appears to be very safe and stable. We enjoyed hiking downtown on the Animas River path. We also visited several downtown restaurants and shops, all of which were easily accessible. All of the shop owners and restaurant servers were extremely friendly and attentive. The only negative about downtown is the parking situation (I know you’ve heard this a million times). Overall, this was a pleasurable stay and we plan to return this summer for an extended stay because of the location and the fact that it’s dog friendly and air conditioned.

We loved our stay at this updated, modern and clean property! Everything was stocked perfectly and we were beyond comfortable. The only downside to this place is the road noise as it’s right off a major intersection however, the property provides nice white noise machines in every room which help tremendously! My two year old slept great here and loved the kids room with stocked items and books. We will definitely stay again!!

We had the best time! There were 6 adults and two small dogs and there was enough room for all of us to be comfortable! There is a trolly that will take you downtown or a short 15 min walk. The house was modern and super clean.

Clean and spacious. About 15 minute walk to historic district. Noisy due to street traffic. Remote blinds don’t work easily so they were a bit frustrating. One didn’t work at all so maintenance came right away but could not fix it. Sofas in living room are uncomfortable
