Would never book this one again despite a lovely suburb if Sydney, location was not good and amenities very poor!

Not much - a big disappointment.

Noisy, next to a very busy M1 motorway, difficult to sleep due to noise and no air conditioning in bedrooms, and noise in early morning from other apartments (thin walls). Lack of bedroom furniture (no seat, nowhere for putting suitcase). No flyscreen on sliding balcony door, so couldn’t leave open. Bedroom blind in 2 rooms broken. Disappointing ensuite bathroom, cracked tiles to floor, nowhere to put shampoo and soap (no shelf), no tone hooks, small. Cleaning products and used shampoo and toilet rolls in vanity cupboard (meant minimal room for toiletries and no space elsewhere). Similar for second bathroom. Communication from booking agent for access was disappointing - we had to contact them to get address and prompt them in a couple of occasions. Requested invoice, not received. Generally very poor.

Although there is a kitchen in the property there are barely any utensils. My parents had to go and buy wine glasses and

The location was within walking stance to the Wahroonga village shops.

The property was not cleaned when we arrived. My parents then had to find alternative accomodation at 5pm on a Friday night. The owner did give a refund for that night but took 7 days to do it. Once the property was properly cleaned it wasn’t much better to be honest. The carpet is very old and there is mould in the bathrooms. While the bedding was clean and comfortable, the deck outside hadn’t been cleaned ever. The deck had two indoor chairs on it and didn’t have a clothesline to hang anything. The property is right on top of the M1 as well so you could constantly hear the traffic. The whole property just felt dirty. It needs a proper clean, not just a surface clean.
