パンタイチェナンへのアクセスとリーズナブルな価格。
口コミの高さと宿泊費の安さに惹かれて宿泊したが、日雇い労働者の簡易宿泊所のようなタイプで暗く、湿っており、ベッドのマットレスも安っぽかった。ユニットバスは手前側にシャワー、奥にトイレなので、トイレに行くのに足元が濡れてしまう。どちらかというとトイレの中にシャワーがある感じで安心して入れない。家の天井のタイルが１枚抜けていて穴が空いていて怖かった。部屋には蟻も歩いていた。部屋の鍵が外からかからず、防犯面で不安を感じた。
