This is a clean and pleasant hotel in the 10th arrondissement of Paris. It has been recently refurbished so the rooms are small but very modern. Mine was a “suite” which means it had a small separate sitting room with a sofa and coffee table. However, the sofa had been made up into a sofa bed so I couldn’t really use the room as intended. It did at least give me a bit more storage space. The rooms have kettle, coffee machine, and a laundry steamer. No iron and ironing board was available which was disappointing because it’s impossible to properly iron a shirt and trousers using a steamer. The coffee machine was a nice touch but unfortunately the drawer contained only decaffeinated coffee pods, so I didn’t end up using it. The hotel is located in a slightly grubby side street but it is close to lots of great bars and restaurants as well as a 30 second walk to the metro station. Overall I was happy with my stay, but there were a few points of detail which could be improved.

Lovely stay in a very convenient location. I arrived by plane and took a direct train to Gare du Nord, followed by a short 12 minute walk to the hotel. For my return, it was just a 12 minute walk back to Gare du Nord for the Eurostar, which made the whole journey seamless.
The hotel is a beautifully designed boutique space, clean, modern, and with a fresh feel throughout. Every single staff member I encountered was lovely, welcoming, and helpful, which really enhanced the experience. Everything was well maintained, and there are plenty of well known cafés within a 5 - 15 minute walk, perfect for exploring the area.
I didn’t have breakfast, but it’s available if needed. I’d definitely stay here again.
