Absolutely gorgeous unit! It honestly felt bigger than the photos and gave me the feeling of living in my own apartment. Very quiet area, safe, quiet unit. The rainfall shower was AMAZING. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchen with a mini-fridge was so helpful! I was able to store and make some of my own meals which was perfect for picnics. The windows were gorgeous, it was very relaxing opening them and listening to the rain. Metro was a very short walk away, and there’s plenty of late-night spots in the area. The grocery store (Franprix) is on the same block which had everything I needed, even toiletries. Check-in was easy! The team was very responsive on WhatsApp. I would 100000% stay here again. I already miss it so much!
The only 2 things I would improve: The ironing board was very small and it was difficult to do my shirts. I tried doing laundry (long stay), but someone left the single dryer and both washers full of clothes. Maybe storage baskets could help so you could safely move someone's laundry out or signage with some rules of use? I didn’t feel comfortable moving anyone’s clothes, and I gave up after waiting an hour for whomever it was to return. Use a timer on your phone when you do laundry please! Neither issues were dealbreakers at all, just some constructive feedback.

Highly recommend this property. It feels like you have your own home in such a great area of Paris. I couldn't recommend this property more. I was really impressed and ended up booking more nights a few days later.

Edgar suites was well located - within a 5 minute walk from a metro station. It was clean upon arrival and well stocked. AC didn’t work in our unit upon checkin (late in the afternoon) but they promptly fixed it the following day.
Lots of space for 2 people - would fit 3 though it would be a bit tight. It was great having a fridge.
I wish the entry hallway had a light as the front closet was dark, other than that this was a great location.
There are 2 washing machines and 1 dryer downstairs. Expect laundry to take 2.5-3.5 hours to wash and 3 hours to dry. We took some of our items out early to hang dry in our room.
There was an ironing board but no iron? Not that we needed it.
There is a plug because one side of the bed - and only USBs next to the other.
Washroom had 2 hooks for towels outside the shower and one inside and there’s a good amount of space below the sink to store your toiletry items. There are also 2 wall hooks outside the washroom for towels or a hanging toiletry bag as needed.
Note that whatever time you put in the check in form, the cleaners will be there promptly. Our flight was delayed and we stayed an extra 45 minutes (still before 11am) and the cleaner was there promptly.
Overall - great stay and would definitely stay here again.
