Positives: very good location for getting around Paris. Close to great restaurants and shops. Culturally diverse community. Hotel room in very good condition. Comfortable bed. Tranquil surroundings looking out onto the courtyard. Well designed and spacious bathroom. Lovely anniversary note and gift left for us ❤️
Negatives: sink leaking from the back meaning the floor got wet with use. I'd booked a late checkout via the hotel website. However, late on the day I was told that this was not possible, which was very inconvenient and I had to change my plans for the day. I was given an extension until 2pm which helped somewhat. Generally I was very happy with my stay and will return in future.

Great staff and very convenient location for exploring Paris. Several Metro stations within a 5-10 minute walk. Loved the patio area and the rooftop - great for smokers!

Nice hotel in a very convenient location close to the Gare de nord and Eurostar.
Plenty of bars and restaurants close by, and an easy walk to the nearest Metro.
Staff couldn't have been more helpful and cheerful, really enjoyed our stay.
