In a place that can be overwhelming (in beauty and its opposite) the most important thing about staying here were the incredible people who work here. Natalie, (PABLO!!!!), Patrick, Xavier, Alexandre - thank you forever for making my stay special. It truly felt like a little home. A grounding place. Natalie is an amazing person, really genuine and caring. Pablo is in my heart forever, and brought so much joy to the people passing through. Xavier went above and beyond to help me, wrote me the name of the cream I needed when I burnt my hand, wrote me a list of French cheeses, and is just lovely overall. Patrick is a gem, so interesting, so kind (and so knowledgeable about so many hidden gems in the city!) Alexandre is the also the best. I was really shocked by how welcoming everyone was, it’s really skies above what you’d expect from a hotel. The people here are so special. Funnily enough, it’s probably the thing I will most remember about Paris. You think you’re going for one thing but the things that stay with you aren’t always what you expect they will be. More beautiful than the Palais Garnier, Le Louvre and Musée d’Orsay combined, are these people 💙

Amazing room. Massive bed and well equipped kitchen area - cooked a full meal no problem and good quality equipment.

Friendly staff. Location is good.
The room was very outdated and the bathroom (more specifically the shower) smelled really bad. In addition, the shower was for the special needs persons (which we did not need of ask for), which meant that the water went everywhere after each shower.
