The location was ideal, close to the euro star and close to metro. Plenty of bars and restaurants

We arrived in Paris at Gare de L’Est and departed from Gare du Nord, so the location was perfect- within an easy walk of both stations. We were lucky enough to be able to access our room on arrival and were delighted with the large bed, room to hang clothes and store bags, the small fridge and tea and coffee provision. The highlight, given the high temperatures, was the effective air conditioning unit. Breakfast was included in our booking and provided a good start to the day. Staff were always pleasant and accommodating. We were very pleased we had chosen Hotel Soft.

Good location close to Gare Du Nord and Gare D Est
Quick walk to underground. Room itself was fine for our needs. Nice and comfortable with a good bathroom. Great value for money.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Cleaning staff did a very good job.
No refrigerator. Shower opening too small. Bathroom sink drained slowly. Toilet seat wouldn’t stay up. Only one coffee cup.
