In room individually controlled a/c, frig, coffee maker.there is a microwave in the lobby as well as free coffee & tea 24/7. Sometimes there are pastries set out that are left over from breakfast which is 12€ (very fair $). Nice lobby with tables & chairs. The staff can also speak English & Spanish. We have stayed here before many times & have found it’s always the best value & most comfortable “for Paris”. Great patisserie right next door & also across the street. Self serve laundromat exit right & then your 1 st left
Wished we had more real coffee pods instead of decaf since they were only the “welcome package” & didn’t get replenished

A really nice hotel. Lovely staff who took a pride in the business. Handy for Metro, cafes and restaurants.

Reception staff were very friendly. Bed was very comfortable.
The lift was not working for the entire duration (2 nights) of our stay. With two large suitcases and a narrow staircase it was quite difficult. It was also a hindrance for the cleaning staff who needed to use the stairs up and down with their equipment.

The location was good for getting around with the metro being a 5 minute walk. Beds were comfy. Shower had great pressure. Staff at the desk were very friendly.
The rooms were small enough, the cleanliness wasn’t up to par. Very dusty ledges around mirrors etc. that would’ve only taken a few minutes to wipe down/ hairs in the shower. Small stuff that would’ve made a huge difference in my opinion.
