I like the host's prompt response to messages.
The building is located in the center of Milan. The facilities are in a basement area in a run-down district, a dirty neighborhood to the point that you cannot cross the street because of the trash. I would recommend that those of you going there at night be careful.. Complete lack of kitchen utensils, e.g., knife, fork, glass. There is no countertop with a sink to even wash a piece of fruit. In the bathroom, there is nowhere to hang your clothes, and there is no shelf or holder to put your soap down. There are no rules anywhere. There is no shoe rack, so everyone leaves their shoes in the sleeping area. Excessive odor and noise from sewage pipes directly above my bed (terrible insulation)—just a simple drywall separated me from the drainage pipe. In general, a terrible experience.
