Situated away from main roads so extremely quiet. The owner was extremely kind welcoming and helpful. Clean, spacious room with AC and a large bathroom with all amenities you need (shower gel, hair dryer and towels). We had coffee in the morning from Convertini Bar, which was lovely.
It is about 40 mins from Milano Centrale but with Metro and bus, easy to get to.

The rooms looks good and the bed are comfortable.
The manager asked us for a €24 hotel fee at check-in, which was not specified anywhere on booking or in the Check-in description.

The property was convenient and humble.
The bathroom was too small and the facilities were inconveniently placed. The bidets position meant you had to stand at an angle to access the wash basin.

Staff was friendly and the price was low for that day in Milan (90 euros per day in April).
But all the rest was a disaster. Bed is uncomfortable and the shower was dirty.
