El lugar y el edificio pero desde que cambio de operador la comida ya no es igual, el sauna estaba sucio.

The location was great, the staff was friendly and helpful
The breakfast buffet is boring. I’m Jamaican, I can’t eat eggs 5 days straight. You also need to hire more dual language staff donuts easier to communicate.
The rooms also needed to have seating, there was no sofa. We don’t always want to sit on our beds.

Una experiencia excepcional de principio a fin. Lo que más destaco del Hotel LOMA es su ubicación estratégica: está alejado del bullicio y el ajetreo típico de las zonas más transitadas de la ciudad, lo que permite descansar en un ambiente tranquilo, pero al mismo tiempo queda increíblemente cerca de todo —restaurantes, comercios y los principales puntos de interés de Medellín están a solo minutos.
Las instalaciones son impecables. Se nota el cuidado en cada detalle, desde las habitaciones hasta las áreas comunes, todo impecablemente limpio y bien mantenido.
Pero sin duda lo que hace la diferencia es el personal: atento, cálido y siempre dispuesto a ayudar en cualquier momento. Su disposición y amabilidad hicieron que la estadía se sintiera aún más especial.
