The studio’s main room was pristine , with a comfortable bed and good lighting. The bathroom is up-to-date and the kitchen area fine for microwaved meals for two people. Excellent security, using codes. Thank you.

The property is in Headington, a good area of Oxford, with private parking available for an additional £5 per day. Self-check-in and checkout were very convenient.
The self-contained studio was well equipped. The kitchenette, which is in the same room as the bed, included a microwave, fridge, kettle, plates and cutlery. Coffee, sugar, milk, washing-up liquid and a sponge were also provided.
The bathroom was small but functional, with hand and bath towels, shower gel and handwash. I was particularly impressed by the excellent water pressure, especially considering the house contains five self-contained flats.
The room also had an armchair, a small desk and chair, clothes hangers, two extra cushions, a fan, a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board.
The mattress was uncomfortable, and I could feel the bed frame pressing against my hips while sleeping. The bed linen was otherwise fine, but I found some hairs on it before using the bed, which was disappointing. The room also felt cold at times, so I would have appreciated a heater.

The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfy. The shower was excellent. There was sufficient cutlery and crockery as well as a decent microwave , fridge and kettle.
There was nowhere to dry towels when the programmed heating did not come on at night. Although the flat and bed were comfortable the walls were very very thin. We tried to keep our voices down, but we could hear every word and movement from our neighbours in the adjoining ground floor flat particularly from 11pm -2am for two nights. The location was quite a walk from the bus stop although buses to the city centre were frequent. The city centre and decent shops were not a walkable distance from the flat. Driving is definitely not advisable in Oxford, but the buses aren't cheap to make up for it. Make sure to follow the provided driving directions on approach to the flat very carefully or face a potential congestion charge fine of £75 on your arrival.
