Cleanliness, location and quick accessibility!
Can be a bit noisy at times but is expected as location is in the city centre. The bathroom needed a bath mat to pick up splashing water. Lastly we found the mattress a bit too soft for our liking!

Very clean, good central location and an exceptional lady that helped me with an issue, she is very helpful, this was the host company staff. Lovely.
Very noisy, when anyone opens a door there is a draft and causes the room doors to bang.

There were marks all over the walls especially in the bathroom, toothpaste splatters all over the black walls.
The radiators didn’t work when tried to turn them on.
