Convenient self-check-in and a fairly good location, close to the city centre.
The hallways were definitely not very clean, and there was a rather unpleasant smell in the corridors. At one point, we even saw a homeless person leaving the hallway, and we have no idea how they managed to get inside the building.
The walls are extremely thin, so you can hear almost everything from the surrounding rooms.
We booked three rooms in total, and two of them had serious issues. In one room, the lighting was very poor, with extremely dim lights that made the room quite dark. In another room, WATER LEAKED FROM THE CEILING TWICE, FLOODING THE FLOOR BOTH TIMES! This was completely unacceptable and caused us significant inconvenience during our stay.
Overall, the cleanliness, sound insulation, maintenance, and general condition of the property were very disappointing.
