Location isolated in a small village but was fine as we expected this and had own car to get around.
Local residents we met were all friendly and even got invited to coffee morning.
Local pub was friendly and reasonably priced.

The location is quite superb. A wonderful view across the sea and islands from the big picture window by the dining table. The property is very well equipped throughout. In a very quiet location, it is reasonably central for exploring the Shetlands from north to south. Good parking as you will need your own transport.
The 2 bathrooms are quite useable but small. For us as a couple the quiet out of the way location was perfect but is not Las Vegas - if that's what you are looking for.

The location was perfect for us and the attention to detail and convenience in the property was second to none. The views were incredible and so peaceful. All cleaning products, washing machine tablets and dishwasher tablets all provided, so handy that we didn’t have to buy these.
Every question I had was answered immediately and they were amazing at accommodating our needs. I can’t recommend this property and its hosts enough. Thank you for our amazing stay 😊
