Luca was very responsive to questions. The location of this apt was ideal, convenient to everything. The space was clean and a nice haven after a long day out.
It would've been nice to have hooks in the bathroom for towel/clothes.

Mi é piaciuto l' appartamento, una vera chicca. La pulizia, La vicinanza con la fermata del vaporetto e con San Marco. La vicinanza con il supermercato.
Niente, forse il bagno è leggermente piccolo.

The location of the property was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere within 10 minutes. There was a nice cafe with coffee, smoothies and croissants right around the corner. We were there during a heat wave and appreciated the AC! The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved hearing the bell from the Basilica in the morning and the nice quiet neighborhood fire sleeping. A sweet young woman meet us with keys and answered questions.
We wanted to cook breakfast but couldn’t get the cooktop to work. We did text to ask how to use the cooktop and they responded promptly with instructions. For whatever reason, we still couldn’t it to work. Also the AC was leaking water in the primary bedroom as we informed the property.
