Rita was easy to communicate with and provided plenty of details and recommendations to help us make the most of this well located, beautiful apartment. It is rare to get such expansive views of canals, including the Grand canal, at this price point. The apartment is ideal for those visitors who enjoy watching the traffic on the canals, not just the gondolas but also the daily, pragmatic functions that happen by boat in this unique city on water. The building is quiet, with just three units, in a campiello (small square) just a few steps from Campo San Polo.

Very convenient location, beautiful canal view, we had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to stay again if we went back to the beautiful city of Venice!

Nice contact to the host, good organization. Unfortunately the apartment was very dusty ( old books...) - not recommanded for allergists ( Hausstauballergiker). The mattless of the second bed was saggy. The pans should be renewed.
I like the art on the walls.
