The property was in a quiet location in the center of Venice, walking distance from everything. The AC is a nice touch, which didn't seem common to have. You can even see a canal right from the living room window!
The hosts were so hospitable! Our flight was delayed due to seagulls on the runway and we arrived past the check in time, but the hosts graciously waited for us. They also sent recommendations on things to do & checked in on us.

The apartment was clean and spacious and comfortable. Location was great, midway between the train station and St Mark's square. Our host Cristiano met us upon arrival and always responded to all of our communication within minutes. The air conditioning was a blessing. It was cool to look out upon one of the small canals. Great value for central Venice. Cristiano let us leave our luggage on the morning of our departure, which was a nice extra gesture. Also being on the ground floor was a big plus.
The Wi-Fi went out several times during our stay. It always came back on eventually but sometimes not for a few hours. A minor nuisance and the only reason I scored the place a 9 instead of a 10. Otherwise we were extremely happy there. It was a bit of a shlep to get to with luggage but hey, that's Venice, no place is easy to get to.
